| Early Bird Registration | € 350* | NOK 3700** |
| Regular Registration | € 400* | NOK 4200** |
*Includes Welcome reception and Gala dinner, and First timers event for eligible delegates.
**Due to Norwegian regulations, the prices (including VAT) will be set to Norwegian kroner (NOK) in the registration form.
Cancellation policy
The registration for participation is binding. Registration is not valid until the full payment is received.
Registration fees may be refunded, if written cancellation is received:
Until 30 April 2023 – 50% refund
As of 1 May 2023 – No refund
Photography
Photos and video will be taken during the workshop. If you prefer not to be photographed, you can let the photographer know by contacting them directly, or you may contact the LOC: eahil2023@videre.ntnu.no.
Photos and videos taken during the workshop can be posted on the EAHIL and EAHIL2023 social media accounts, the EAHIL Flickr account, eahil.eu, and can be published in the online Journal of EAHIL.
